Resumption of VOL’s 106.1FM broadcast to southern communities of Dominica

Voice of Life Radio is pleased to announce the restoration & resumption of broadcasts on the southern leg  of our 106.1FM frequency which caters to listeners in southern communities of Dominica such as Bellevue, Pichelin, Grandbay, Fond St. Jean and Tete Morne. Our transmitter site in Bellevue suffered some setbacks during the passage of Category 5 Hurricane Maria on September 18, 2017 which resulted in the loss of that signal for quite some time.

Through God’s favour, critical listener-support contributions and our dedicated and hard-working radio technical crew, the signal has been restored.

Listeners, under the coverage of the 106.1FM signal, can send us feedback on the quality and reception of this restored signal.

Voice of Life Radio thanks its many listeners for their continued support and encourages all to continue praying for the station as work towards restoring our last transmitter site – the northern component of our 106.1FM signal – which broadcasts to listeners in Marigot and the northeast of Dominica continues.
